Adding a NAV?

Hi all,
I'm running a 2003 R50 without the NAV system option. When I was looking into buying a newer car that was one thing I absolutly wanted, when I found this MINI though, I fell in love and was blinded. Until now being in a new area and having a crap tomtom that doesn't work. I was curious to see if it's possible to add a NAV to the car, what it will require if it's possible and a price range of what you all think.. And if anyone has any of the extra part I'd be happy to purchase off ya'. Thanks!

It is possible but more difficult and expensive than any sane person would want to do. Read all of this thread: http://www.mini2.com/forum/first-gen...m-sat-nav.html

If your tomtom isn't working out, try a different portable Nav, or consider replacing your stereo with a headunit that has integrated Nav and fold up screen.
