XM radio after market install in a 2010

How have people done this? Is there a built in antenna already? Which after market head units seem to work best?

Is the stock radio in the car "satellite ready"? Could I hook up one of those XM Tuner devices to it's aux input and then see the output on the radio? I just don't want to pay the $500 to the dealer.

I'd search in the navigation / music (??) section. There are plenty of threads on using the built in antenna and dealing with power.
