This has been discussed before in this thread in audio:

I have seen the screens on the back of the headrests in a MINI for both front seats. In the latest SEMA pictures there are also various locations shown like the rear windows facing outward.

ceiling or headliner flip down from the top screen is possible but only with no sunroof.
Some choices on LCD screens-

then you need an indash DVD player.

I have seen the NAV screen used as a DVD screen using NAV/TV tuner but it is very costly and the NAV screen is fairly small but is built into the dash and looks clean- screen quality is good. You'd need an in dash DVD player and the NAV/TV tuner goes under the front passenger seat under the carpet. It picks up TV signals using the built in tuner and will send the DVD signal from dash to NAV screen.

Take out your passenger airbag and place a screen there....You can side mount them onto the pillar on a rod. You can put them in your sun visors. Put it in your glovebox on a control arm that comes out and up. Get heads up display and run it through a a TV/svs tuner and display it on your windshield....there are a ton of possibilities.
