I'm in the early stages of my Craigslist upgrades to my 05 base radio Boost system. I 've got a pair of speakers / crossovers in the doors and an Alpine PDX 4.100 planned for under the passenger seat. The boot floor will be taken up with a sub and amp - so there is no room there.

Is there room in the boot tool kit area? I don't see much room under the dash... What about this " secret compartment" I've read about above the glove box.

My install skills are not the best, so a simple mounting location would be my first choice.

Well the only place that sees practical is on that "door" that swings down and fall off under the steering wheel. I guess it has got to be near the head unit. Probably not the most elegant solution, but what do you expect from an fumbling newbie to this? Oh well, perhaps I can zip tie the thing so it can't fall off...

PS I probably won't get around to tackling this until the weekend, so may be I'll hear a better idea... Thanks
