Navigation & Audio Need help putting stock headunit back on 02 Mini

Need help putting stock headunit back on 02 Mini
1) Antenna doesnt fit. Seems I am missing some sort of adapter as cable with the prong is too big for what seems to be the antenna input on the back of the headunit.
2) Can someone confirm wether the unit stays on with the car off? Did I miss a connection?

IIRC the stock antenna connection has a right angle, vs. a straight connection. It's been a while though.
Your 'what the heck' pic - I have no idea.
The stock unit should power up with the car off (upon pushing the power/volume ****) and automatically go off after 20 minutes. Alternatively it should turn on with the key in the aux position, and off when the key is removed.
