Navigation & Audio Nav Issues after Software Upgrade

My MCS's software was upgraded when I went in for service last week, I think to version 35. The service advisor was a moron and didn't know which version. It still stumbles so it's not v36.
Anyway, I'm having Nav issues now. Anytime I go to Information --> Information on Location or Information on Destination, the nav crashes and reboots.
I dunno if this helps decipher what my software version is, but it used to say "Computer", now it says "On-board Computer"
