Navigation & Audio Proclip horizontal position issue?

Proclip horizontal position issue?
Hi, I just want to know if anyone who has the proclip iPhone holder in their Mini or Clubman if there is an issue with clearance with the iPhone in the horizontal position?
I am looking at getting this but want to make sure that there are no issues with this.

Just received the CravenSpeed Phone 3G Swivel Cradle, but haven't tried it yet. I'll install it later today.

Installed it, but haven't driven with it, nor do I have the MINI USB Y cable to try it with. However, it seems good. Works well in horizontal or vertical mode, unless you need it dead vertical for a Rev accelerometer.

However, I am more interested in the Proclip as the location seems to be better for me for cable management.
Does anyone have any experience with the Proclip?
