Build your own tweeter mounting plate for the 4" cavity - for a couple of cents!
After reading a lot about mounting plates (and refusing to pay $45 for urbanmini.com's product!) I built my own mounting plates.
Out of a pair of old CD jewel boxes.
How to do it: just print the PDF (https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ter-plate.html)
And trace it with a sharpie on the front cover of an old CD jewel box. Trace the tweeter hole on the center of the plate. Use a dremel 561 bit or similar bit to cut the box (warning - it gets loud).
10 minutes, tops. You have an almost identical product to the Urbanmini one for a couple of cents (or free, if you have an old CD jewel box you don't need anymore.
Results:

This is my "prototype". I expect the "final" version to look a lot better.
Tips:
1. Feed the cut into the dremel, not the other way around!
2. Do a single pass - otherwise, plastic ends up melting and its harder to cut
3. The best results happened at 3/4 speed on my tool.
4. Use eye and ear protection - it gets loud!
When I finish my own parts, I'm painting them flat black from the underside.

Looks good, nice job
Wait... someone buys something like this for $45?
Wow.
When I upgraded the speakers in my GF's mini, we just used some cardboard, and spray painted it black. It's worked fine, still there, etc, over a year later.
