Upgraded R57 System

Just finished my install of an upgraded system. relatively straight forward. Focal 3 ways components in the front, Alpine R series in the rear 6.5 coaxil and the jewel of the system was an Alpine PDX.4x150 This was after much trial and error including what suppose to be the best 6.5 compnent made by Infinity.

The system is harmonically accurate accross the music board, clear, thumpy and loud, maintians its power even when the top down which is a big positive. Does not distort when it is turned up extremely high. The focals are the "entry level" access series but well worth them money

Everything in factory location except for the holes near the door pulls for the tweets. The amp fits under the passenger seat with no problem.

R57 has no 6x9's in rear

R57 has no 6x9 it has 6.5 coaxils. I used dynomat both front and back behind and around all the speakers. The bass from the speakers in the door is more than substantial.

RE: Upgraded R57 System

I love this setup and it is exactly what I want to do with my R57 (non-hifi). How/where did you splice into the factory wiring?

Thanks!
