Need more room for amplifier! Adding Fuel cell.

I'm adding a fuel cell which needs to take the place of one of my 2 amps screwed into the trunk liner. Should I stack the amps somehow or drill and mount one on the back of the rear seat? Ideas? Pics

What to do....Thanks!

Here is my trunk without the amp cover, Its a spaghetti mess I know...
I'm putting in a 1.2 gallon cell.

I'm not a big fan of stacking amps because of heat-dissipation issues, so I'd relocate one or both of them to the rear seat backs.

The amps are internal fan cooled, but I definitly don't want the fans to work overtime.

I would put them on the seat backs as the longevity with superior cooling will be achieved. Here is what my audio dealer did with another MINI (not mine):
