Does anyone know which wires from the back of the stock head unit correspond to which audio channel? I haven't taken it out yet. Are the wires and channels labeled? Are the front channels denoted by two wires? (tweater and woofer) and the rear are single?

Any help is appreciated. Photos are a plus.

The top quad reads:
1 5 9 13
2 6 10 14
3 7 11 15
4 8 12 16

Each bottom one reads:
1 2 3 4 5 6

Hey, my car's HU is an Alpine CD53 R50 P/N 6-921-965

The wires are in completely different places. Should I go by wire color? All the colors listed on that diagram are present on the HU.

 

I more or less figured it out. As long as the speaker wires are soldered good and every speaker wire from the deck has an other speaker wire on the output converter, order does not matter. Because you can always rearrange the patch cables.
