Navigation & Audio Input Wires to Factory Clubman Amp ?

Input Wires to Factory Clubman Amp ?
I have an 08 Clubman S and have located the amplifier in the rear right quarter but I cannot find the left and right input wires to the amp.
I just installed Infinity 6" components in the front doors with the tweeters where the factory ones were and Infinity 6 x 9's in the rear door / panel and a 10" sub in the spare tire area. All off an Alpine 4 x 50W amp. Sounds amazing !!!
The problem is, I'm running off an external Ipod only.
Can anyone help me with the inputs to the factory amp? I don't really care about fader control.
