Adding location to address book

I was wondering if any of you with a factory Nav could answer a question for me. I am trying to find a way to add a location which you mark on the map to my address book. I have gone through the manual and cannot seem to make it work. I find a location, mark it, but the only options I seem to get are to start navigation or go back to my current location. Am I missing something? Where does it give me the option to name it and add it to my address book?

Thanks,

Whhhheeeeeelllllll, the way I've done it -- whether it's the right way to do it or not -- is to go ahead and start guidance on it, and once it's acquired and starts direction, I stop the directions. Then, since it's in the "recent memory," I save it from there. Might be the dumb way of doing it, but it worked for me!

Thanks. I'll try it out this morning. There are some places I just cannot get to using the address, and it would be nice to save them.

Rick, that's not the "dumb" way of doing it, and your not "dumb" for doing it that way!! That is the ONLY way the "dumb" people at mini made the software work.

They ALSO "forgot" to allow us to add a phone numkber to the address/person/or place when saving it, so we could then dial them on the phone as with other ones.
