HD Radio station tuning

Below is an example of HD radio stations available in Charlotte, NC from HDRadio.com
WFAE-HD
90.7 FM
Nws/Tlk/Inf, University Radio Foundation, Inc.
WFAE-HD2
90.7-2 FM
Jazz, University Radio Foundation, Inc.
WFAE-HD3
90.7-3 FM
Exponential Radio, University Radio Foundation, Inc.

Notice how there are multiple stations WFAE-HD station broadcast on the same frequency 90.7
My question is how do I tune the second and third station? I checked the owners manual but couldn't find a helpful reference.

Once the original station has locked in to the HD signal, you can press the right arrow button on the steering wheel control or the right arrow that's part of the stereo controls to tune up to any HD2 or HD3 stations.

Unfortunately, you're not able to store the HD2 and HD3 stations either.

The above directions are mostly correct. You also need to be in manual tuning mode in order to switch between the various HD feeds from that station.

Thanks got it to work tonight. However, I'm really disappoint I'm unable to store HD2 ro HD3. Is there any official word from Mini on this problem / limitation? Are they considering a update to the system firmware what would allow storing of these stations?

When I looked into it a few months ago, I was only able to find one HD radio that advertised being able to store anything but the regular FM station (and by effect, HD1 too)

I haven't checked with MINI, but it wasn't too much of a deal breaker for me.

I have a JVC HD radio in my truck. You cant store the sub channels. You can only store the HD1 channel.
