iPod Touch USB help...

I have tried searching the forum, but I can't seem to find this answer....

I have a new Ipod Touch, and I hook it up through the USB, but it will not play the songs.... it just keeps saying "LOAD USB" which is supposed to mean the Ipod is being read, but it never gets passed that stage.

When I try with a classic ipod in the USB, it works instantaneously.....

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to get the Touch to work? Or does it have to be a Classic Ipod?

Thanks!

My touch works fine for me. 2 things to try are resetting it, hold down the top button until it asks to turn off, then restart. The other would be to check the version, make sure its up to date. If all else fails you can try a restore, which will reset it to the factory state.
