Easy Antenna Access for After-Market HD Radio?

I know the satellite radio is under the passenger seat, but I want to add an aftermarket HD radio, putting the module under the seat and the controller in the space forward of the shifter.

Can I use the SAT radio antenna (doubt it)? Is there another access point short of digging the radio out of the dash?

I was going to switch from the ipod to a USB stick to free up the AUX port, though the port isn't supposed to be the best.

Ant help, as always, is appreciated. **Yes, I trolled all the threads I could find.
