MINI dealer install of Kuda mount for Garmin 760
Has anyone had this done by their dealer? If so, what did it cost and was it as successful as the great installs I see on this forum? While I can sort of follow the instructions, I'm not sure that I can pull it off for a professional finish.
It's really not that big of a deal to install it yourself. Just read up as much as you can about it here on the forums and take it slow when you are doing the install. You'll be proud once you're done.
Also you might want to check with any mini clubs that might be in your area. They may have a done a few and could help you out a bit.

I just got a Garmin 780 and a Kuda mount for my R53. Once you drill the holes and fasten the Garmin "ball" to the front of the Kuda mount, the rest of the "installation" takes 30 seconds, tops.
Don't pay anybody to do this!!
I will have my local stereo guy do a hardwire for the Garmin through the dash, but I could really do that too. He is also hardwiring a Valentine V1 and putting in a new head unit and speakers so he might as well do that too.
