Just thought I would share some shots of my upgraded stereo system. Installed new front and rear speakers and an Alpine pdx-4.100 amp with my stock HU.
Wanted to keep everything looking basically stock and didn't want to give up any cargo space. Was able to install the amp in the right rear compartment. I also installed a fair amount of BQuiet sound deadening. The overall impression to my unsophisticated ears, is an amazing improvement in sound. Further, there is marked reduction in exhaust drone with my current exhaust.
I should have done this upgrade a lot sooner...
