Navigation & Audio Dynamat: need advice on rear seat removal

Just grab and pull!
There are two clips in the front, one on each corner, after that, pull the front of the seat all the way up and there is one more spot that it is connected. There is a little bar in the middle of the back that you will have to get loose by manipulating the seat a bit. While pulling the front up, try to push the back down and free it from its little bracket (this one do NOT just pop off). Good luck!

I'm contemplating dynamat as well, in stages. The problem areas I see:
(1) inside of doors (major PITA) and front passenger area
(2) inside of the top (no sunroof, have to remove headliner, PITA)
(3) rear area, rear seats
How would you place these in priority order as far as reducing noise?
Cheers--
