Navigation & Audio Bass/Treble resetting.

Bass/Treble resetting.
Has any one had the levels re-set to 0 now and then? The audio manual is minimal so there is no real advice there. I set the levels, go for a drive, cut off the car to grab a soda and it is back to 0 across the board.
Is there a "set/lock" function I am missing? Thanks.
