Door speakers

Ok, I am going to replace my door speakers and am wondering what inexpensive speakers fit/sound good. The VAST majority of the initial cash I am putting in this car is going to go-fast parts. I am thinking something in the $50 range that I can do a direct replacement of the bigger of the front factory speakers (by the way, I have an 08 with the standard, non hifi system). I have an older RF 2 channel amp thats 25rms/channel for the door speakers, and I am putting in a small blaupunkt(sp?) powered sub under the passenger seat. I know Im not going to get award winning sound out of this, but I just can't live with the factory speakers.
Also, the bigger speakers are 150mm, which is roughly 6" (per the sticky above), but some posts here seem to indicate using 6.5s and others seem to indicate using 5.25s. I'm just looking for clarification on what size I should be looking for. I know this has probably been beat to death, but like I said, I am looking for clarification on conflicting info.
