SIRIUS Stiletto Installation?

Newb to the Mini forum here, but I've been futzing with cars for a while and have spent more money and time working on my 1991 BMW 318is than I care to even think about, in addition to a host of other cars.

I almost jumped into this without checking, but then it occurred to me that I don't want to do this but once...

I have a Sirius Stiletto radio that spends more time gathering dust than anything else, and since the Mini is my only car without Sirius, I figured I should rectify that.

What is involved in installing a Stiletto in a 2004 Cooper S without navigation and with the Harmon-Kardon system? I have a CD changer in the boot, and if I am reading the Crutchfield webpage properly, it seems like all I need to do is use the FM Modulator, the antenna adapters, and away we go.

Although I would love to be able to use the steering wheel controls, I already have the Stiletto and don't want to spend the money on the factory satellite system.

Thoughts from anyone that has done this?

Thanks!
