Nav time display Yes or No?

Hi,
Does anyone have current time displayed on their NAV screen? I tried everything, upgraded to v29.1, pushed on settings I could find but nowhere I saw that I could set my clock.
Please help

Unfortunately the clock is only displayed on the OBC and not on the nav screen. Thus, in order to set your clock, you need to do it via the OBC display instead.

Press and hold the button on your speedometer (while time is displayed). It will go into time set mode and you can change the time by pressing the button. If you have an owner's manual, it is described there.

Yes I have time displayed on the speedo but I've seen others have it on the NAV as well. So it's either a model specific or I there's some dirty secret way to do it.

Might be on the 2nd Gen, but not on the 1st.... Short answer is no.

The time is also shown on the BMW's nav screen (which is identical looking to the MINI's since they use the EXACT same nav system). Thus, maybe what you saw was a shot taken from a BMW's nav display instead???

It is also possible that the time was displayed on some very early MINIs which use the old CD-based nav units (that were running early versions of the nav software/firmware)???

AFAIK there is no way to get the time to display on the MINI's nav screen when running the latest nav software (hacked or not).

It would be nice to have the time shown on the nav display, but for some reason MINI decided that it is better to display the outside air temperature instead of the time on our car's nav display.
