Navigation & Audio Add OEM SIRIUS to Nav-equipped 07 Cooper S?
Exactly like that. One wiring harness with a bunch of wires, a pink connector for the antenna. And a block of styrafoam holding the connectors.
The dealer installed the Sirius retrofit kit today. The invoice said 4 hours to install and update. Thank god the sales department got the bill. Other then that its worth the money the integration is perfect. I also got the one year free subscription!

a ha!
And... I believe it includes one year of fee Sirius service as well (as all new BMW Sirius receivers do). Too bad it's not a lifetime subscription like the factory installed version is. I guess that's why it's cheaper though (factory installed option is currently $950 stand-alone or $1,400 as part of the full Hi-Fi/HD/Sirius radio package).
Actually, I believe that there was a problem getting folks their lifetime subscriptions with the factory installed Sirius in the beginning. Apparently the problem has been resolved now. Thus, I'd definitely talk to your MA and/or directly to Sirius to make sure that you get what you paid for (it's something like $500 for a lifetime subscription via the Sirius web site!).
