Okay, a few questions...

1) Did this ever work before? Dumb, but gotta ask...
2) What happened just before it stopped working? New battery, struck by lightning, etc...
3) When you start the car, does anything appear on the screen?

Without more information, it sounds like your Nav system needs to "re-install" itself. Do you have a Nav-CD (not the map, but the Software)?

If not, you can download one from http://www.simplymini.info/ ...

Scott,
Thanks so much for the peply.
1) Yes it did work when I bought the car.
2) It started ejecting the CD every once in a while untile it reached it's present state of ejecting the CD. The CD hits the door goes back in then ejects again and continues this untile I removed it.
3) The only thing I have had to have done on this car is replace the radiator, I don't know if that required the batterie to be disconected or not (mechanic on vacation).

Based on the answer for #2, I would say it sounds like the CD drive in the Navigation unit is...
  1. Dirty and needs cleaning...
  2. Broken and needs repair...
  3. Lonely and needs a hug...
So, in order to clean the CD lens, you "might" try something like...To see if any of these will clear the lens to allow it to see better, and stop ejecting disks.... HOWEVER, use of said cleaning disk MAY cause the lens to be un-aligned, thus "caveat lector".
