Radio antenna..
I have bought a DICE HD/iPod adapter. It requires it's own antenna but I was thinking, why not just tap into the antenna that's on the car already?

The mirror is attached to the head board via a large nut -- if I unscrew that will I find the base of the antenna with the antenna lead exposed?

I have a 2006 MINI convertable.

The HD DICE antenna is powered and specific to the HD DICE module, you must use the antenna that is provided with the kit.
