What happened to mth-usa?

What happened to mth-usa?
Obviously I missed something, but a search didn't turn up much. I need to get new files after a recent dealer flash, but see that the mth-usa site is no longer up. Am I SOL or can I send files directly to mth? I got the standard file from mth-de and tuner from mth-usa. I thought I'd try here first. The irony is that I went with mth-usa to avoid the communication hassles of the old mth. Well I gues something was better than nothing.
