Generic Scan Software for MTH Cable

Is there a good generic OBDC scan software that works with the cable I bought for the MTH software?

try it out. If it works, let us know. Especially me. I have a scantool.net cable and want to know if it would work with MTH. Im hoping if yours works both ways, so will mine
