Is it better..

to buy from Mth-Usa.com than mth-minipower.de ?

It's 360$ in us, for the same tuning and they are asking 348 Euro for it.

Is MTH willing to a make discount?

Why would they give a discount? I would go with the cheaper price ($360 US) if I were you. I chose mth-usa.com for local customer service and all went well. Either way your files get sent to mth-minipower.de for tuning.

The US site is a distributer of MTH Germany, the problem is the Euro and VAT (tax). In Germany it is 16% and is added into the sale cost, so the price you see is because of this. In the US, they are able to remove VAT which cuts you a small break. If you are in the US, buy from the US site and save a few bucks. Either way, Volker is the one that tunes the files.
