Received an email with my files today with this:

"Sorry for the late reply. We moved last week and only just now were able to get back online"

Hope that helps.

Sorry guys. Yep, we moved plus got all new PC equipment. Those new PC´s with new progs (f.... XP!) are really giving us a hard time. Working and living between boxes at the moment. But we are getting there...

From previous experience I think 9 or 10 days is typical. I'm in the same boat...

This is the worse part of this software. I think they wait for a bunch before acturally work on it.This will hurt their business cause most people don't want to put up with it.

Can someone here on NAM smart enough to invent a new program? $$$pit

I'm so jealous! I wish I went to Precision instead... no offense Patrick but I would rather have a three day turn around then a week or two (I hope) turn around. I'm sure you understand if your reading this. Don is so helpful! I wasn't even his client and he never hesitated in helping me!

kudos!

I have been posting about headers in a few other threads. Some are ready but I/we are holding them as we want to make a few changes to the cat. We are working on offering 3 different cats options as well as a test pipe. One of the cats will be Euro 4 certified which is also CA legal.

... I am still waiting for a replacement of my broken, 4 month old, Euro4 certified MTH-Header with Cat.

My local dealer told me:" ... with luck, new items may arrive this week."

I am not aware of your situation but your replacement should be available. But like I said we are making a few changes. All I can say is to stay in touch with your dealer.

I have seen several posts over the past 4 weeks - from people being hopefull the headers will be in this week but they never are...

Dealers have no more idea that we do as to when the parts will arrive - i want it straight from the horses mouth ...

There is no Canadian dealer for MTH. Thus, you will have to contact someone in another counrty such as America.
You seem to just keep going back and forth with me and I just don't quite get why you won't call.

If i wanted to deal with you I would.
You on the other hand seen to belive that you should start pestering anyone that posts a question to see if they want to buy from you ...
Something i find quite anoying.

( and please don't answer me back telling me how much people appreaciate you chassing them... I don't appreciate it and I don't care. )

Let's review.
In post #15 you asked “How are the Header orders comming along ?" I answered.
In post #19 you make an inaccurate statement: "Dealers have no more idea that we do as to when the parts will arrive - i want it straight from the horses mouth ..." I answered that the horse is now me.
In post #21 you wrote: "If i want to talk to a dealer in another country I'll contact them..." and I correctly noted that we have no Canadian dealers.

In effect what you are saying (in an MTH sponsored forum) is that you want help but have no idea of how MTH is now structured and that I am the person best able to help you. It seems unfortunate (for you) that my help has fallen on your deaf ears.
Don
