Just send us the DINAN files and we get to work.

I've shied away from doing this - do to ignorance but ya gotta learn some time. What are the differences between the two ?

INSTALL do I have this correct -

Dinan - go to dealer, purchase, they install. They have several general levels based on mods.

MTh - purchase, purchase cable, requires PC w/ port - owner installs. Allows for remapping in the future. MTH will custom upon request?

MTH is custom every time. No general "Stage X" numbers for maps. Maps are written on a mod by mod basis. If you're in the Houston area, I will come out and install MTH (for a small fee) if you are uncomfortable installing it yourself.

Unfortunaley, I am in Miami, otherwise I'd say I will be write over. I'm done with my engine MODS so I need one ecu upgrade. I can appreciate what MTH offers - tweaks as you go (i.e. MOD), as well as true customization for the racer but my profile would not take advantage of either.

For this reason, I am leaning towards others but if I could go somewhere in Miami/Ft Lauderdale area and get MTH installed, I would.

MTH is very very easy to install. So easy in fact, I havent actually left the office to install one for someone, yet. Also, if you have someone in your local club that has the cable, you could always bribe them to install it for you with drinks or lunch.

NAM is my CLUB. I work in the Bahamas (hence bahamabart) but my family residence is in Miami and so is the MCS. I'm only in Miami 3 days and the focus is the family and my "honey do's" (i.e. honey do this, honey do that). So, I don't have the time to participate in any local clubs.

Lets say that MTH is the best choice and put that aside for a moment which would be second choice GIAC or DINAN? and why?

All are welcome to chime in.
