Lois, saying you'll be topless, I missed your "headlights" Saturday night. You can send a private photo to me.

Thanks to everyone who stayed up late to slay the sleeping dragon!

What a great run we had and I loved pulling up to the gravel parking lot at the end with all of the MINI's shooting their headlights to the sky! That's an image I won't soon forget. . . . . .

Well, for one picture, here is what happens when waiting around for the midnight run. Idle shift hands are the devil's workshop. Words bleeped to protect the innocent.

Yes, several perverted Vanna White wannabe's had great fun modifying the sign at the Crossroads of Time. Fortunately, the Midnight MINI's were nice enough to return the sign to its original lettering before the night was over

It was hilarious while it was happening but probably best that it was not left to be found the next day. Ya never know about someone's sense of humour.

Quite a few people did not pick up their Midnight T-shirts from me during the weekend. Please contact me to arrange for shipping.

Once I know how many t-shirts are left unclaimed, I will offer the remaining shirts to anyone who did not order one before the event.

I think the midnight run was the best. With it being so dark I could see how red my rotors where after the run!

any chance you can post a pic of those glowing rotors?

I got up to the top too late to see them

You can see the night shots I took at the bottom on the dragon here. They are located on the bottom of page 2.

Here are a few of my digital photo's - took close to 400 on the trip, these are just a very few that I thought others might be interested in.

Drove from Nashville to Montgomery, AL, then south to Tampa, Orlando, Hollywood, and Key West, FL. Headed north up to Atlanta where we hooked up with some MINI's and drove into Fontana for the Dragon rally.

2 1/2 weeks later and I got back to work tomorrow....

I am elated....

Anyway, here are some of the pics....

other then someone having a brake failure
this was the only other bummer that happened (the Dragon does have a tendency to bite)
i hope he sorted out everything with the kar and everything is well
and i hope that the girl who went to help and fell down & got stitches is doing OK
