Retirement has caused me to reconsider vehicle needs and the Mini needs a new home. I am the second owner, buying this as a lease return through a wholesale dealer. When I bought the car I had my local Mini dealer in Memphis, TN, (Roadshow Mini/BMW), completely go through the car and they discovered some oil leaks and other minor items. In the process of taking care of these, it was discovered that the timing chain tensioner guide was being eaten and parts of it were discovered in the oil pan when it was pulled to replace that gasket. A full timing chain replacement with tensioner, guide, etc was done at that time. The car has approx 1k miles on new tires, brake pads, oil change, filters, etc.

It's a solid, unmolested driver. No modifications that I can tell. Auto Trans with paddle shifters, Navigation, leather, power everything, heated seats and just about fully optioned. Some minor nicks here and there and some rash on the wheels, but nothing major. Everything works and it's a blast to drive. If you want pictures of any detail, just ask in the thread.
