I am moving on from my MINI. I'm sad to say goodbye, but I made myself a promise a long time ago that when it became feasible to own an electric car, I would do it.
This is a 2005 Cooper S, Purple Haze/Black Eyed Purple, white roof and mirrors, white bonnet stripes, I got custom extensions to the stripes over the bumper and down the boot, roof rack (bike skid available).
17" wheels, Sport and Premium packages. I'm the only owner and I have every receipt for anything that has ever been done to the car.
Earlier this year I replaced the clutch and the air conditioning system. The car has been services consistently in select shops approved by other MINI owners in the areas I have lived (Arizona and Virginia).

 

Just out of curiousity, what EV are you looking at / buying?

 

Tesla 3. I didn't want to give up the performance I'm used to in the MINI, so the current models were not an option for me. I have been hoping MINI would come out with one before my number came up to order at Tesla. Drove a friends 3 a couple months ago and I have no concerns about power, handling, size, and drive experience.... so jumping on the bandwagon. Really having a hard time knowing this car won't be in my garage anymore. But I'm not a collector.
