His Facebook page, out of Ohio, sounds like a great resource for parts. He had a rare dual pod lower center gauge listed for $20 w/vdo original gauges He’s been asking what the CF dash is worth on FB so he’s still feeling out how to price his parts I guess.

Goes to show ya... these cars aren't that scarce... JCW, MCS, MC40 etc...
If you want an exceptional car for bargain bux... yes, those are scarce.... in any brand/model.

The last one I’ve seen was the BRG 2006 that was supposed to go to BaT but ended up trading hands privately. In hindsight that buyer probably got a decent deal.

My only counter to your statement is that clean 2005-06 JCWs that don’t have some sort of * seem to be scarce at any price point. Even the last 2 BaT cars (the GP and “solar red”) were not what I’d call a clean, no * car.

If it had an aero kit, CF package, English leather, alcantara headliner and the JCW steering wheel, I would of paid $25k for it. Any chance the new owner wants to sell it and make a profit? Lol. It’s going to be almost impossible to find a pristine JCW for a deal. $25k is definitely good money for the car though.

None of the extras....then $25k was a lot for it, unless it was Canadian dollars...which is about $19.6k US. Then that’s about right. It’s still a really really nice car.

I’m guessing about $13k on the yellow 04 JCW up now on BAT (1day left) described very well by seller, but missing a few goodies like aero and LSD etc. and 44k miles is not super low like the others. Past 3 prices were all over the place. Last was $12.5k
