We bought this Mini Cooper S, 6-speed manual transmission, from the original owner who said that it had come from the first boat load of Minis that arrived in Jersey City. It was in such excellent condition (and remains so), that we bought it immediately. This car looks, feels, and drives like new. It has the original manuals, cover, and window sticker which lists all the original equipment (MiniCooper 001.jpg).

 

looking at a beautiful car but wondering why you have it priced almost double the blue book value?

 

I actually posted this a couple of years ago (I think). Looks like prices have gone down since, but you're apparently talking about Blue Book trade-in value. Looks like top $ for private sale is $5100, but for that price I will keep it awhile. It's only got 60K miles on it, so lots of life left.
