Up for sale is my 2006 Mini Cooper S. This Mini has the limited edition Checkmate package. I am the original owner of the Mini. I am selling the Mini because my wife wants a bigger car. The Mini currently has 38,090 miles. I have a clean NYS title in hand. The New York State inspection is still good until 02/2014. The exterior color is space blue metallic blue with a silver roof and the leather/cloth interior is blue with a light grey cloth.

The Mini has always been dealer maintained and adult driven. Never smoked in and no pets. The interior is in immaculate condition. It has a automatic transmission that shifts nice and smooth. The 4 cylinder 1.6 liter supercharged engine still pulls strong! The gas mileage on the Mini is amazing! 23 MPG CITY / 32 MPG HWY. The Mini is fully loaded with power everything! There's a special place in my heart for Checkmates. My first MINI was an R50 Checkmate. The Space Blue/Silver combo is still my favorite. Yours is an S, so it's got the really cool "Flame Spoke" wheels. The non-S cars did not. They're pretty rare too. Apparently not too many of them were sold. Good luck with the sale. I hope it goes to someone who really appreciates it for how special it is.

Thanks for all the info. I see allot of Mini's here in Long Island but never saw another Checkmate like mine. I hate to let her go but I still have my daughters '06 Mini S and that one is a 6 speed manual. It only has 24k miles on it. I have more fun driving the manual than the auto.
