For sale is a 2006 MINI Cooper S (model designation: R53). $13,500.

This is the the best car I've ever owned. I pampered this car from the moment I purchased it. Always garaged. Never smoked in. I am selling only because my family is expanding and we need a minivan. Such is life, I suppose.

Right up front, I am still making payments on the car. If you purchase the car, it will take about 2 weeks to pay off the lien and get the title to you, though you are free to take the car once you purchase it. Shipping is on you.

46,682 miles as of 3/15/13 (It is still my wife's daily driver)

All maintenance done on schedule by John Erb's of Tampa (the most reputable and through shop in Tampa, in my humble opinion)

Transferable ($50) top of the line independent warranty from Universal Warranty Corp. (subsidiary of Ally bank) Automax coverage [highest available coverage]. Warranty is good till 3/10/15 or 84,651, miles whichever comes first. $100 deductible. Coverage includes: tire repair up to $20 or up to $100 for tire replacement, Roadside assistance, lost key and lockout protection services, towing, rental car during repairs and trip interruption, as well as comprehensive mechanical breakdown (i.e. essentially all moving parts of vehicle)

In addition to the warranty, the tires are covered with lifetime road hazard repair through John Erb's of Tampa.

Full Disclosure (the only imperfections I am aware of):
There was a small scratch on passenger side wheel well when I purchased the car, that I never had fixed.
The rear hatch handle was scratched as well and I never got around to painting it matte black like the grille.
The previous owner gave two of the wheels a little curb rash, but nothing major.
