0032 is Gone
Many thanks to those who wrote to express an interest in GP0032. This morning it took off for Southern California with it's new owner fiestycolumbian, a Mini E Pioneer. My best wishes and a fond farewell to the GP. During the test drive I got a chance to re-live the feeling of why it was such a fun, yet rarely-driven car.

Yes I bought the GP and drove it home to Socal.
I have to give extra thanks to Chief_Charlie for making the process so easy. Thanks for all the accessories and entire 3" Binder of articles of the GP, absolutely priceless in my book!
The GP itself was flawless, had only 3700 miles. Felt like driving a brand new car on the drive back. The supercharger is soo intoxicating and pulls quite hard in every gear. Love the whine and exhaust overrun barbles. I am soo impressed with the GP, cant really put into words.
Coming from a R56 Mini E to a R53 GP, are the two ends of the Mini spectrum, but both fun in their own right. I would have the GP anyday of the week though

GP0032 did go to "good home"
I do miss GP0032, but today I picked up it's replacement. It will allow me the opportunity to hit the track(s)...something I was reluctant to do with 0032.
It's a 2008 FORD Mustang FR500S, # 42 of 77 made.
It remains to be seen if the sound of its V8 matches that of 0032's supercharger whine..............

Hey Charlie,
That pony looks like It’s going to FUN!!
Tammy and I have only put a handful of miles on 0216 I think just over 4k,
too many cars not enough time, I just finished up a full restoration on my 69 RS/Z28 man it came out good. Do you still have the Deuce roadster?
Best of luck with your new ride, I’d love to come out and see you run it some time. Give me a call PM me if you have lost my #

"Old" is a subjective term :-)
Actually, it was one of 2 cars owned by a private party...not one of the "school cars" It ran in the 2 day Mustang Challenge at MMSP in 2008, then a couple of track events. It had only 1,787 (track) miles on it when I received it.
