Feeler: 2007 MCS lease assumption

i am looking to see if there is any interest out there in assuming my lease on my 07 cooper s. she is pepper white with a white top, and has about 5400 miles on her. the lease through MINI FS, is 10K per year, and there are about 15 months left on the lease (and i think 14 payments-originally a 24 month lease). car is in central nj. (zip 07747)
equipment is as follows:
-6spd manual trans
-lounge leather (black)
-anthracite headliner
-convenience package (universal garage door opener, comfort access, auto dimming rearview mirror, center arm rest, rain sensing wipers/auto headlights, bluetooth)
- cold weather package (heated washer jets, heated mirrors, heated front seats)
- premium package (multi-function steering wheel, dual-pane sunroof, automatic a/c)
- sport package (DSC, headlamp washers, xenon headlights)
- 17" web spoke wheels
- limited slip differential
- sport suspension
- chrome line interior
- dark grey colour line
- piano black interior surface
- rear fog lamps
- hi-fi sound system
- white turn indicators
i also have the bonnet stripes for the car, just have not gotten around to putting them on. the car is in mint condition, no dings, dents, or rim damage. owned by a non-smoking female.

Looking for $3500 and to take over lease payments of $349.76. please contact me via PM for more info, and photos, if interested. thank you!

I am certainly not one to tell you how to do business, but being a "lease junkie" myself, I do have a bit of insight.

Most people are unwilling to put money down on a lease assumption. Go on swapalease or leasetrader, and you'll see the cars that move the fastest have $0 up front or those where the seller kicks in a financial incentive to the buyer.

Good Luck!

So with only 5400 miles on it, and 14 months to go, there's still about 14.6K miles left on the lease? Do you know what the buy out price is at the end of the lease?
