Hi , I am taking delivery of a new 06 convertable in feb and looking at replacing the H/K head unit. I am looking for a good person to do the modification in the Denver area.

 

he had a boatload of stereo stuff installed in his first MINI, and probably can provide a referral.

Important - in case you did not know already.

If you have the H/K upgraded system, you cannot replace only the head unit (at least not without extra help). If you are planning to remove the head unit, amp and speakers and replace everything, then ignore what I said (but then why buy the upgrade in the first place?!)

 

Why order a $500 system, knowing you're going to replace it?

Nevermind. I forgot the HK comes with the premium package in convertibles.

 

You don't have to order packages - GBMINI has all of the sports package EXCEPT the 17" wheels ...
