Happy New Year to all! It would appear that after several months of pacing, checking MiniUSA, obsessing, etc., my Mini, Red Erik (CR/B) will finally be arriving on the shores of Colorado in the next couple of weeks. The way has been prepared (I even cleaned out my garage after 8 years!!!), and everything is in a buzzed state of readiness. Which of course, means that now I can start obsessing over mods and tweaks! First things first, however. Where do Colorado Mini owners go to acquire Mini items. Initially, I am looking for floor mats and some sort of back blanket arrangement where my two dogs (Yoshi and Bear) can ride in comfort and air conditioned bliss. I have even considered removing the back seats and creating a flat back cargo area for improved canine comfort!! My initial guess is that dealer provided items may be priced slightly higher than after market. Any direction and/or advice would certainly be greatly appreciated!!

 

A suggestion I have for finding out about mods, etc. is to come see what others have done. We will have a large group gathering on Jan 22 at our Annual Meeting / Italian Job Film Festival so you may wish to come down, and you can inspect the things others have done.

Note that the Evergreen Scholarship Funds folks will also be there...raffling a new Red MINI as well.
