Selling parts I do not need that where pulled from a pick and pull yard in Maryland. Car is a loaded 2007 Mini Cooper S Convertible with Sidewalk package
Malt Brown Lounge Leather Seats $700 Selling front and rear seats, door panels, and rear headrests from a 2007 Mini cooper S convertible sidewalk. Some wear on usual outside bolster on drivers seat. The wear is actually worse then pictures convey :(. They are heated.
OK. Will work on getting them ready. I have shipped MINI seats once before and have a wrapping method seemed to work. I plan to put the two
front seats together. Basically the top of one seat will sitting in the bottom cushion of the other seat. This contact point will be protected by
a towel and cardboard. The edges sticking out will also have cardboard around them (kinda like a box). This will be held together by plastic stretch tape. Any loose parts (rear headrests, front headrests) will be boxed and put in the middle. The rear seats will get the same treatment
with bottom seats cushions strapped to the rear seatback. BIG question is if you want me to ship the door panels or attempt to remove the
malt brown trim part. This panels have wear on the door pull part and not sure if they are worth the effort to ship BUT also not sure if
its worth the effort to damage the trim attempting to remove it. Right now I am packing it as if you want the door panels as is. Not sure if I
can strap them onto side of front seats to reduce shipping or make the panels a third shipping item. Can both of you PM with what you
want on this. I live on east coast so some choices are going to make a difference on shipping cost
OK. The front seats (with front+rear headrests in middle in a box) = 42 X 24 X 21 and ..... 100 lbs
rear seats 46 X 24 X 8 and 35 lbs
Shipping this via Fedex Ground to West Coast (tried LA and zip 85254) = $460 gasp ...
to 77002 = $390
I could try a trucking company and put this on a pallet but I dont have a pallet or a pickup truck
If potential buyer wants to try getting quote my zip code is 21044
The arm rests are easy to remove. Use a flat blade screw driver or other thin device to release the catch at the front and then slide forward to remove. See picture attached.
I gotta say that the Sidewalk interior is an incredible transformation for the R52. I found an interior last year and installed in my dark silver '06 R52 and the look and feel is incredible compared to the standard black leather. Here are before and after pics- from blah to wow. Sucks that shipping is so much.
Still have the seats. If you want to know exact shipping I have supplied dimensions and weights. My zip is 21044
Basically the west coast is $450+ without insurance. For right now, I am hoping for a local buyer and not have to
ship these . Also just thinking of getting another JCW convertible and putting these in it
i am interested what is the asking price? QUOTE=BoostedBlueToyotas;4541565]Selling parts I do not need that where pulled from a pick and pull yard in Maryland. Car is a loaded 2007 Mini Cooper S Convertible with Sidewalk package

Message sent. Keeping seats for the moment. Want to swap skins from passenger seat to drivers seat of my sidewalk and then sell these. Plus I will be having another set of seats and parts from two other project minis
that i bought. Swapping manual transmission driveline from a beat up mini to a very nice mini S with a bad automatic tranny.
