Hey guys,

Need to pull the head on my 2008 r56s to diagnose compression loss in cylinder 2 (hole in a valve). I have the bentley for my r53 and it's a godsend, so looking for one for the second gens as well. Prefer to buy a used one covered in grease vs a new one from amazon.

Located in Rhode Island/East Ma but i don't imagine shipping a book will be much

 

newtis.info is just as good. I use that site all the time and I'm also in the process of rebuilding an engine with a burned valve AND a damaged cyl wall.

Thanks for the link! I've seen the BMW technical posts posted other places when searching for a specific job, but never all gathered in one place like this. I'll definitely keep this bookmarked as you can never have too many information. I still really like having physical books i can get torque values from though with greasy hands when i didn't bring out my chromebook and a phone is too small.
