It lowered my 2019 JCW: 14/16 inch front lowering and 13/16 inch rear lowering. Some website data suggest it lowers more for Cooper S because they have different factory springs in the first place. I can't be certain.
I bought them because Schnitzer's data showed the least amount of lowering as far as I could tell. I didn't want the aggressive 1.2" lowering. It's still very visibly lowered.

They are great performing and super-fun handling for around town. No doubt. However, I do a fair amount of medium-to-long highway trips and it's too firm for extended highway driving. I've put the factory springs back in and will live with the factory wheel gaps. I'm not getting a different aftermarket spring. I forgot to take comparison pictures of the front springs.

Here is a link to their fitment guide. The Schnitzer guide does not show the "newer than 2017" model S.

However, if you look at the ECSTuning fitment guide for these AST Springs, it looks like the 2019 JCW and the 2019 Cooper S 3dr are exactly the same product. So if you pull up a lowering spring for your exact model car, and you also see it's the same spring for a 2019 JCW (mine), they should fit.
