Hey guys... Bought my ‘10 jcw clubman back from insurance for the interior (hot chocolate) as well as my mods (intercooler, boost tubes, BOV, and a few other parts). I don’t need the rest of the car, and since it is a JCW with a strong engine, good turbo, excellent 6-speed with a good clutch, figured I’d offer it for sale. Lots of other good parts on it as well, including the JCW brakes and all. Really trying to avoid a full part out so hoping someone will just take the whole thing for a good deal. 90k miles on it, was running perfectly before the accident and still started up and ran after until I started stripping it. I’d been working on it for the five months I owned it and it was serviced at mini and under extended warranty for most of its life before that. Had valves replaced under warranty, and had just done the valve cover, timing chain tensioner, plugs and coils. Also put royal purple in the engine and redline mtl in the trans a week before the accident. Front bumper, rear barn doors, most of the driver’s side panels, and both driver’s side wheels are shot, so this is really for the drivetrain and other parts listed (somehow both tail lights survived, so lots of good random parts too). Really trying to sell complete before even considering offers for parts. If you’re building one, take the full JCW setup and get it done! Ecu was even manic tuned a few months before the accident as well.
Asking $1000

No, thank you.
No, thank you Ed.
i bought my 2009 JCW Mini from my home town in Canada and drove it home 750 miles to my current home in SC last weekend. I checked the VIN before purchasing, and it was a true JCW, but a few days later, I realized that some critical parts had been removed. My biggest upset was a stock 37mm MCS turbo and a boost surge issue that remains undiagnosed to this point. I haven’t checked the SN’s on the motor and tranny yet but if they are MCS as well then I will not be too impressed. I’m sorry that it took an accident to assist me, but thanks to Ed for giving me the chance to restore this car to what it should have been.
thanks buddy!
