I have used this intake for about a year. The OE cone filter is still relatively clean as I swapped it for a foam filter a while ago. There are a few scuffs from dropping it on the floor (doh!) and wear marks near the maf area (see pics). I have also trimmed a bit of the plastic to fit into an N18, but still seals perfectly fine.

I also do have a complete N14 airbox with filter (not pictured) for sale if someone wants to fit it on their N18. The top half and filter is brand new. The bottom half is used. You'll need the N14 bottom in order to fit this intake onto an N18.
Otherwise, this bolts right into an N14.

I am including the OE rubber gasket as well.
