The Auto Sportplus control module for the R55, R56 and R57, 8 and 9 2nd gen new MINI adds several convenience features: Automatically enable sport mode on start-up, automatically defeat start/stop engine control on start-up, automatically enter any desired DSC mode on start-up and Stealth Mode Accessory Control!

Each function can be enabled or disabled via the factory buttons, just hold the appropriate button down for 5 seconds (to select DSC mode, one to three quick taps of the DSC button are required). Accessories are controlled with two quick taps on the appropriate button. After installation, all normal button operation is maintained.
