Selling my ALTA license plate holder since I sold my Mini a few months ago. This bracket allows you to attach a front license plate without drilling into the bumper. It attaches via the car's tow hook under the circular bumper cutout. I used it for about a year. Item is in perfect condition. New these are $88. Mine is $35.00 plus shipping from 44663. Thanks
