Does it have the little piece that attaches to the exhaust too?

The flat bracket? - Sure does. I didn't use it but it goes with the tips.

This is a great add-on for anyone that's done the "One Ball" mod and want's the look to go with the new sound.
Or, it's nice to loose the "Coke Can" tail pipes!
